Return and Exchange Eligibility:

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy after delivery for all products, except masks, socks, boxers, and undergarments due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that cobb items sold at a discount of 70% or above will be considered final sales, and refunds will not be applicable. However, size/product exchanges are allowed in such cases.
- Donlay products sold at a discount of 40% or above will be considered final sales, and refunds will not be applicable. However, size/product exchanges are allowed in such cases.
Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Make sure the items are in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and remain unused.

We kindly request that you return the product in a resalable condition to facilitate the refund process.
Shipping Charges:

In case of a return, we deduct the shipping charges from the refund amount.

If you are exchanging a product, the shipping charges for the new item will be covered by us.
Exceptions:
- Due to hygiene reasons, masks, socks, boxers, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within [5-7] business days.
Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Right to Refuse Refund:

If a returned product is not in a resalable condition or fails to meet the return criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options, such as returning the product back to you but you have to bear shipping charges. Otherwise we will donate this item as per internal policy.
Damages and other issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wrong/Missing(s) item in delivered shipment:
Please follow this instructionΒ to ensure a swift resolution in the event of a missing or incorrect product delivery.
- You are required to create an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product upon arrival. This video will assist us in assessing the issue and ensuring a prompt resolution.
- Please do not accept the shipment if the parcel is damaged or tampered with from any side.
