Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy after delivery (subject to the terms below) for all products, except masks, socks, boxers, and undergarments due to hygiene reasons.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items Sold above 70% Discount will be counted as final sale and the same cannot be refunded only size exchange is allowed.
  • Under our company policy, Masks, Wallets, Belts, Socks, Undergarments, Boxers, and accessories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

DEDUCTIONS

  • Shipping Charges of INR 99 will be deducted in case of return for 2 items.
  • If you are returning more than 2 items then shipping charges will be deducted based on your shipping pin code. (T&C Apply)

Please note that the Exchange is free.

However, Return/Exchange requests will not be considered more than once.

REFUND POLICY

  • For Prepaid Orders: All returns are refunded via store credit (Coupon Code) or the Original payment method. Store credits are not valid in our offline stores.
  • For COD Orders: All returns are refunded via store credit (Coupon Code) or the NEFT method. Store credits are not valid in our offline stores.

Please be aware that store credits are valid for only 1 year. After this period, we will not reissue coupon codes.

RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUND

  • If a returned product is not in a resalable condition or fails to meet the return criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options, such as returning the product to you but you have to bear shipping charges. Otherwise, we will donate this item as per internal policy.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS

in case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you will have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Once you have shipped the item, Please share the tracking details with us by email or WhatsApp. Rest assured, your refund process will commence as soon as we receive the original product from the courier.


Please Note that COBB is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Delhi. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, COBB will not issue store credit for your returns.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM(s)

  • If you have received a damaged or defective, contact our Customer Care team via email, or WhatsApp or you can contact us at 9717147476 within 24 hours of delivery once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

Please note that after 24 hours we will not entertain these types of issues.

Wrong/Missing item(s) in Delivered shipments

  • You are required to create an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product/package upon arrival. This video will assist us in assessing the issue and ensuring a prompt resolution.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of the order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours via E-mail, WhatsApp, or Phone.
  • We Don't offer any alterations for online-ordered products.
