Shipping Policy

We currently only deliver to destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below, delivery is currently free for all purchases for orders above Rs.1,499 from Cobbitaly.com. For orders under this value, a shipping charge of Rs.99 is chargeable for each order.

DELIVERY GUIDE

  • Allow 2 days delivery to Delhi-NCR.
  • Allow 3 - 7 days delivery to other cities in India. For remote areas, delivery can take longer(Max. 10-15 Days).

During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide. 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

  • All Customers need to make an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product & package upon arrival.

Please note that you need to complete this step after delivery because Open-Box Delivery is not available. Please accept your parcel and then record an unboxing video.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • All Orders are processed on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • In case the customer hasn’t received the order but got the order delivered confirmation by Cobb Italy or a logistic partner through SMS or mail, in such a case, the customer has to report to us within 24 hours after getting the order delivered confirmation. No complaints will be entertained after 24 hours of the delivery confirmation message.

We always keep you informed of the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you will receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, and an Email mentioning the shipping details such as the Courier Company, AWB No, etc. A Customer can also track their order(s) from their Cobb Italy account in your orders section.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

You can cancel the order only before we have processed your order. You can do so by contacting our customer care at 09717147476 or via Email at care@cobbitaly.com and WhatsApp at 09717147476. If the order is already processed for shipping, then we won’t be able to cancel it.
You cannot modify the size or color of your order.

    T&C for Cancel orders:
    • Customers have the option to cancel their order(s) before dispatch.
    • If the customer declines acceptance of their prepaid order, shipping charges(Forward+Reverse) will be deducted.
    • If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address including postcode Or mobile number, shipping charges(Forward+Reverse) will be deducted.
    • If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order, we will initiate a full refund.

    Refund in case of Order Cancellation:

    • If you had placed an order by selecting Cash on Delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that. 
    • If you have placed the order by using a Credit/Debit card or Net banking then In such cases, we will refund the payment to his/her credit/Debit card or original method of payment.
