Order & Returns

In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns/exchange section on the website or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment. Please note that no handling fee is charged for returns. In addition, free products received during any promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged/defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product on care@cobbitaly.com. Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website and request you to email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product on care@cobbitaly.com.

For return/exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you.

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a coupon code worth the Order Value will be sent to the registered email and whatsapp number which can be used in under 30 days from the issuance of the coupon code

Ordering from COBB

The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at CARE@COBBITAL.COM

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at CARE@COBBITALY.COM. We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.

We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all orders.

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

We do not offer custom designs for products. However, we are always open to feedback and suggestions from our customers.
