Return / Exchange Request

To initiate a return or exchange request for your order(s), kindly reach out to us within 7 days of delivery by calling us at 09717147476 or contacting us through WhatsApp or E-mail. 

 

WRONG/MISSING(S) ITEM IN DELIVERED SHIPMENT

Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure a swift resolution in the event of a missing or incorrect product delivery.

  • You are required to create an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product/package upon arrival and shipping label. This video will assist us in assessing the issue and ensuring a prompt resolution.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)

  • If you have received a damaged or defective, contact our Customer Care team via email, or WhatsApp or you can contact us at 9717147476 within 24 hours of delivery once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

Please note that after 24 hours we will not entertain these types of issues. 

Coupons and Credit:

If there is any refund situation or any promotional campaigns in which we issue you a Credit in Cobb Credit wallet or coupon, you can redeem the same in the following ways at the time of placing the order.  Add an item to your cart and Click on Go to Cart> Click on Apply for Discount code> and apply. You will see your Discount code is added to the cart and has a predefined value.
Please note redeem credit value should be equal to or less than the cart value. If the credit value is equal to the cart value, the Customer can place the order on 0 prepaid checkouts. In case the credit value is less than the cart value, the order can be placed by paying the rest value through Credit /Debit Card/Net Banking/Paytm or COD as per the availability. The payment will reflect as per the remaining paid value.
