Return / Exchange Request
To initiate a return or exchange request for your order(s), kindly reach out to us within 7 days of delivery by calling us at 09717147476 or contacting us through WhatsApp or E-mail.
We dispatch your order through a reputed logistics partner (Depending on your location). Normally, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location). In case the customer hasn’t received the order but got the order delivered confirmation by Cobb Italy or a logistic partner through SMS or mail, in such case, customer has to report us within 24 hours after getting the order delivered confirmation. No complaints will be entertained after 24 hours of the delivery confirmation message.
We always keep you informed of the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, AWB No, etc. A Customer can also track his order from his Cobb Italy account in your orders section.
Cancellation or Modification:
You can cancel the order only before we have processed your order. You can do so by contacting our customer care at 09717147476 Or via Email at firstname.lastname@example.org and WhatsApp at 9958023150. If the order is already processed for shipping then we won’t be able to cancel it.
You cannot modify the size or color of your order.
Refund in case of Order Cancellation:
- If you had placed an order by selecting Cash on Delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that.
- If you have placed the order by using a Credit/Debit card or Net banking then In such cases, we will refund the payment to his/her credit/Debit card or original method of payment.
- Customers have the option to cancel their order(s) before dispatch.
- If the customer declines acceptance of their prepaid order, shipping charges will be deducted.
- If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, including postcode and mobile number, shipping charges will be deducted.
- If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order, we will initiate a full refund.
WRONG/MISSING(S) ITEM IN DELIVERED SHIPMENT
Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure a swift resolution in the event of a missing or incorrect product delivery.
- You are required to create an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product/package upon arrival and shipping label. This video will assist us in assessing the issue and ensuring a prompt resolution.
Please note that after 24 hours we will not entertain these types of issues.
Coupons and Credit:If there is any refund situation or any promotional campaigns in which we issue you a Credit in Cobb Credit wallet or coupon, you can redeem the same in the following ways at the time of placing the order. Add an item to your cart and Click on Go to Cart> Click on Apply for Discount code> and apply. You will see your Discount code is added to the cart and has a predefined value.
Please note redeem credit value should be equal to or less than the cart value. If the credit value is equal to the cart value, the Customer can place the order on 0 prepaid checkouts. In case the credit value is less than the cart value, the order can be placed by paying the rest value through Credit /Debit Card/Net Banking/Paytm or COD as per the availability. The payment will reflect as per the remaining paid value.
