We currently only deliver to destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below,

• Allow 2-3 days delivery to Delhi-NCR.
• Allow 3 - 7 days delivery to other cities in India. For remote areas, delivery can take longer(Max. 10-15 Days).
• During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide. 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

• All Customers need to make an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product & package upon arrival.
• Please do not accept the shipment if the parcel is damaged or tampered with from any side.

Please note that you need to complete this step after delivery because Open-Box Delivery is not available. Please accept your parcel and then record an unboxing video.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy after delivery (subject to the terms below). The Return/Exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. 

• Masks, wallets, belts, socks, undergarments, boxers, and accessories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• However, Exchange requests will not be considered more than once.
  

Deductions in case of Refund:

• Shipping Charges are non-refundable for both COD & Prepaid

• Refund is to be issued as credits to your COBB ITALY Wallet only(COD+PREPAID).
