DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

• Please do not accept the shipment if the parcel is damaged or tampered with from any side.

Please note that you need to complete this step after delivery because Open-Box Delivery is not available. Please accept your parcel and then record an unboxing video.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy after delivery (subject to the terms below). The Return/Exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. 

• Cobb Items sold at above 70% discount are final sale and only eligible for size/product exchange.
• Masks, wallets, belts, socks, undergarments, boxers, and accessories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

(DONLAY) Return Policy:

We offer a 7-day FREE exchange policy on all Donlay Products, subject to stock availability. 

• The Exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered.
• However, Exchange requests will not be considered more than once.
  

Deductions in case of Refund:

• Shipping charges of ₹99 will be deducted for returning 1 item.
  
• If you are returning more than 1 items, then shipping charges will be deducted based on your shipping pincode. (T&C Apply)
  
• The Size/Product Exchange is free.
