|7 Days (subject to the terms below) A reverse pickup shall be arranged.||Shipping Charges of INR 99 will be deducted in case of return.|
|15 Days (subject to the terms below). International Customers are required to ship back the items to our distribution center.||Forward shipping charges will be deducted.|

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
In accordance with our company policy, Masks, Wallets, Belts, Socks, Undergarments, Boxers and accessories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the email, WhatsApp or you can contact us on 9717147476 within 24 hours of delivery Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Please note that after 24 hours we will not entertain these type of issues.
All returns are refunded via store credit (Coupon Code) or Original payment method. Store credits are not valid in our offline stores. The validity of store credits is 1 year.
Refunds of returns are processed within 3-4 working days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We kindly request that you return the product in a resalable condition to facilitate the refund process.
However, Return/Exchange requests will not be considered more than once.
Right to Refuse Refund:
If a returned product is not in a resalable condition or fails to meet the return criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options, such as returning the product back to you but you have to bear shipping charges. Otherwise we will donate this item as per internal policy.
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

If your purchased was made online, you can not return or exchange items at our store locations. Items purchased only can only be returned or exchanged through online portal.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
For International customers and For non-serviceable Pin codes in India, you may return by mail.
To return by mail - Use your order packing slip to return by mail with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Once you have shipped the item, we kindly ask you to share the tracking details with us on email or WhatsApp. Rest assured, your refund process will commence as soon as we receive the original product from the courier.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 3-5 working days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue your refund in store credit or Original source of payment, It's depending on your choice. store credits expires in 1 year, and you can use it only in online store!
Please Note: COBB is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Delhi. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, COBB will not issue store credit for your returns.
